Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns/exchange requests need to be made within 7 days of the delivery of product.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All refunds will be processed through store credit / gift cards. As a policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
Store credits / Gift Cards issued will be valid for 1 year and can be used to make purchases only on our website.
Refunds against returns are processed after the product is received and approved by our warehouse team, please allow up to 15 days for the entire process.
Exchanges take between 7-15 days depending on the destination pincode.
Exchanges are only free for the first time, subsequent exchanges will be chargeable (Rs.150 per garment).
For pincodes that are unserviceable for return pickups, we request you to self-ship the products to our warehouse. The courier charges for the same will be reimbursed by us (up to INR 100 )
