Return & Exchange Policy
Returns/exchange requests need to be made within 7 days of the delivery of product.
All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons, and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
All Cash On Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed only through store credit / gift cards.
For Prepaid orders users can opt forÂ
- store credit / gift cards of full value or
- transfer to original source where Rs. 99/product will be deducted
Exchanges are only free for the first time, subsequent exchanges are chargeable at Rs. 99/product.
Bralettes and Masks are not eligible for exchange or returns.
Products on Clearance Sale are not eligible for exchange or returns.
Store credits / Gift Cards issued will be valid for 1 year and can be used to make purchases only on our website.
Refunds against returns are processed after the product is received and approved by our warehouse team, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the entire process.
Exchanges take between 1-2 weeks depending on the destination pincode.
For pincodes that are unserviceable for return pickups, we request you to self-ship the products to our warehouse. The courier charges upto a maximum of Rs. 100Â will be reimbursed by us.
