WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY ?
We have 7-days Return/Exchange Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:
It should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any smells aren’t transferred to the product (Example: natural body odour, body deodorant, perfume etc.)
It should be unwashed with price tags, brand tags, shoe-box and all original packaging must be present .
Packaged items, swimwear bottoms are Final Sale for hygienic reasons.
We have reverse pick up services basis on your area location pin code.
Three pick up attempts will be made to collect the return parcel from customer.
We do not have accept returns on Bags/Jewellery/Sunglasses/Belt/Hats.
Untung does not have cash refund policy. However, we would be happy to exchange your product or provide you with a credit coupon. The coupon value will be the same amount as that of the product you purchased. You can redeem this coupon on our website to shop and it will be valid for lifetime.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE A SALE PRODUCT?

Under our Sale policy, the sale product can be exchanged with different size of the same product itself.
Products on sale can be exchanged only once in case of a size issue.
The product should be unused. You can wear it to check for fit and comfort, making sure that any makeup or smells aren’t transferred to the product
Give us 1-2 business day after receiving the product, to perform a quality check, post that we will process your exchange.
No Returns will be accepted on products.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?
We do perform Quality Check on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of the rest.
WHAT IS THE RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DEEP DISCOUNTED PRODUCTS?
We don’t have return/exchange policy on the sale of deep discounted products. Deep discounted products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.
Products with 40% discount or more are considered deep discounted products.

There are no charges for return or exchange provided the item is eligible for return or exchange.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY EXCHANGE?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your order.
If your request is approved, then your exchange will be processed within 2 working days.
MY AREA IS NOT SERVICABLE FOR RETURN, HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
We strive to service all pin codes in India for forward and reverse delivery. But don’t worry, even if your pin code is not serviceable, you can still return the product by following the steps given below:

WHAT IF RETURNED PRODUCTS COULD'NT PASS QUALITY CHECK?
Untung has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality-check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/call.
